60 minute session private pay rate: $100

4 session up front payment (weekly or biweekly): $350

Private and Group Movement Instruction

60 minute private - $80

3 session package - privates - $222

Group instruction (3 or more) - $150/hour

Yoga, Hoop Dance, Flow Arts, and HoopYogini™ Privates offered in person - options for in home or safe outdoor space within 30 min of Pittsburgh or at the following locations, by availability:

In person sessions include use of hoops/flow props and optional polypro hoop rental in preferred size for practice between sessions.

Virtual Movement Privates available via secure Zoom - bring a mindful movement session to your next staff meeting, workshop, or wellness event!

Please inquire about selecting the right hoop for your body if booking a virtual Hoop Dance or HoopYogini™ Private. I have lots of resources and links to help you find your best first hoop!

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Half hour sessions in person or virtual

Guest Lecturing/Trauma Informed Training for Healthcare Providers, Parents, and Caregivers

Interested in bringing mindfulness to your class, group, or workplace?

Guest lecture prices start at $75/hour within one hour of Pittsburgh and can include a trauma informed yoga session and/or integrative art exercise to bring mind/body awareness to your group

Ready to take it a step further? Email me about the Shanti & Sunshine Wellness Trauma Informed Training currently available for Healthcare Providers, Parents, and Caregivers of youth impacted by trauma. Training starts at $200/hour in person or via secure Zoom with the option to purchase replicable and distributable handouts for providers and families.
